time2 Privacy Policy

Your personal data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information time2 collects when you use our platform, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have under Philippine law — specifically the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Effective: June 2025  ·  Applies to: All time2 players in the Philippines
Quick Overview

Privacy at time2 — The Short Version

These cards give you the most important points. The full policy is below — and we genuinely recommend reading it.

We Collect Only What We Need

time2 collects personal information — like your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method data — for specific, lawful purposes. We don't collect data speculatively or store more than is required for our regulatory obligations and platform functions. Every data point we hold on you has a clear reason for being there.

We Don't Sell Your Data

time2 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop. We share your data only where it is required by law (such as PAGCOR reporting obligations), strictly necessary for delivering our services (such as payment processing), or where you have explicitly given your consent.

Your Data Is Secured

All data transmitted between your device and time2 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Data stored on our servers is protected by access controls, encryption at rest, and regular security audits. We follow industry-standard information security practices that are appropriate for a PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform handling financial transactions.

You Have Real Rights Under PH Law

As a Filipino, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you specific rights over your personal information — including the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, object to certain uses, and request deletion. time2 will respond to all valid data rights requests within the timeframes required by Philippine law and the National Privacy Commission.

PAGCOR and BSP Compliance

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, time2 is required to collect and retain certain player data for regulatory compliance — including identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and responsible gaming monitoring. This is a legal requirement, not a choice, and it exists to protect players as much as it does the regulator.

Direct Access to Our Privacy Team

You can reach time2's data privacy team directly at support@time2.asia. If you want to know what data we hold on you, correct something, withdraw a consent, or raise a data privacy concern, this is the right place to start. We treat every data inquiry with the same priority as a transaction dispute — because your data is as important as your money.

  • Account creation and management: To set up, maintain, and administer your time2 account, verify your identity, and manage your platform preferences and settings.

  • Transaction processing: To facilitate deposits, withdrawals, and all other financial transactions on your account accurately and securely.
  • Responsible gaming: To monitor your gaming activity for signs of problematic gambling behaviour and to enforce any deposit limits, session limits, or self-exclusion measures you have set — or that we are required to implement under PAGCOR responsible gaming standards.
  • Platform improvement: To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of the time2 platform. This analysis uses anonymised or pseudonymised data wherever possible.
  • Service communications: To send you transactional communications about your account — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notices, and security alerts — that are necessary for the operation of your account. These are not marketing messages and cannot be opted out of while you hold an active time2 account.
  • Marketing (where consented): To send you information about time2 promotions, bonuses, and new game releases — but only if you have opted in to receive such communications. You can update your marketing preferences at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@time2.asia.

Your Privacy Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules, you have the following rights in relation to the personal data that time2 holds about you. These rights are real and enforceable — we take them seriously.

Your Right What It Means
Right to Be Informed You have the right to know what personal data time2 holds about you, how it is being used, and who it has been shared with. This Privacy Policy is our primary mechanism for fulfilling this right.
Right to Access You can request a copy of the personal data time2 holds on your account at any time. We will provide this in a structured, commonly used format within 15 business days of a verified request.
Right to Correction If any personal data we hold is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, you have the right to have it corrected. You can update most account information directly from your account settings, or contact us for corrections to identity or KYC data.
Right to Erasure You can request deletion of your personal data where time2 no longer has a lawful basis for retaining it. Note that we are legally required to retain certain data for regulatory periods — we will explain what can and cannot be deleted when you make a request.
Right to Object You can object to specific uses of your data, such as direct marketing. We will cease that specific use within a reasonable time of receiving a valid objection.
Right to Data Portability You can request a copy of your personal data in a portable format that you can transfer to another service provider, where technically feasible.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@time2.asia with your full name, account details, and a clear description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, to prevent unauthorized access to another player's data.

11

Children's Privacy

time2 is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age for registration and participation in any gambling activity at time2 is 21 years, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If time2 discovers that a player has misrepresented their age during registration, the account will be closed immediately, all bets and winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method. If you believe a minor has registered an account at time2, please notify us immediately at support@time2.asia.

12

Changes to This Privacy Policy

time2 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new regulatory requirements, or improvements to our platform. When we make material changes, we will notify all registered players via the email address on their account and display a notice on the time2 platform for a reasonable period after the change takes effect.

The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of this Privacy Policy came into force. We encourage you to review this page periodically if you want to stay up to date with how time2 handles your personal data. Continued use of the platform after a policy update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.

Minor changes — such as clarifications that don't affect the substance of our data processing — may be made without advance notice, but the effective date will always be updated to reflect when the change was made.
